I Have LOI For Haiti Contracts Need Partner I have secured a LOI (Letter of Intent) to contract from the Haiti government officials in 5 cities. I have been invited from the Prime Ministers office to participate in the National Reconstruction Plan. I have direct access to the local and national government individuals/entities and would like to expand on the opportunity. It takes money to make money and I am looking for a person/entity that is willing to put skin in the game and share in the opportunity. We are expected to meet with the Prime Minister / Senators / Mayors and staff again this week and would like additional allies to participate.
